PLEASE NOTE: that delivery guarantees do not apply during adverse or dangerous weather conditions, extremely busy periods (eg. Black Friday) or other factors beyond our control.

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we try to ensure all items arrive unharmed, there may be circumstances beyond our control where the box containing an item becomes dented/squashed in transit. This will not affect the goods inside. 

PLEASE NOTE: We have tried to make our international postage competitive but we reserve the right to switch carriers (which may take longer) or cancel orders to remote areas if the delivery charge to us exceeds the order value.

PLEASE NOTE: if there are any import duties and taxes, these are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

With your permission, we may send you emails or SMS about our store, new products and other updates. You have the right to opt-out at any time. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?

The website stock levels are live and always up to date.

In the unlikely event that an order is placed for an item that is no longer in stock you will be notified by email and are entitled to a full refund. We will make every effort to find you a suitable alternative at this stage, should you wish, or proceed with a refund upon your instruction.

Tax & Import Duties

We cannot be held responsible for any taxes & duties incurred on the shipment. Returned packages, as a result of a refusal to pay taxes & duties or abandonment of the shipment will be subject to a non-refundable order.

Christmas Delivery Dates

To guarantee you receive your order for Christmas, we recommend you place your order in accordance to the shipping methods and delivery dates below:

Tracked 48 - Orders on or before 18th December
Tracked 24 - Orders on or before 19th December

If your order is placed after these dates then we cannot guarantee delivery. Please note that orders will not be despatched on Weekends & Bank Holidays.

How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?

Forever Club has created a universal sizing system that aims to provide a unique reference for all product ranges. You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide.

The Size Guide is conveniently available on the page of each product.

Return Of Goods Policy

We aim to process your return within 5 working days of it arriving on our premises.

All returns for a refund or exchange must be organised within 30 days of placing your order.

CHRISTMAS - Orders placed from 1st November to 20th December can be returned up to the following 31st January.

Items to be returned must be in an 'as new' condition (unused, unworn, and unwashed, complete with their original packaging and tags.)
If you have purchased a product as a gift, please do not discard the product tags until you are sure the item does not need to be returned. 

PLEASE NOTE: Underwear cannot be returned.

You will be required to organise and pay for the return of goods.

Any returned items that do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights and complies with the relevant UK laws.

Returns Procedure

Verify that your return meets the criteria in the Return of Goods Policy above.
Return the item(s) to the relevant address above. This address is also on the website. Please complete the returns form and include with the goods in a securely sealed package. If you do not have a returns form, please include the following details:

Your full name, address and postcode

Your order reference (if known)

Contact telephone number

Once the returned goods have been received, checked and verified, your account will be credited or an exchange arranged (subject to availability of stock).

For your peace of mind, it is recommended you use a tracked delivery service and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

Faulty / Incorrect Goods

Please contact Customer Services if you have received a faulty or incorrect item within 14 days of receipt and BEFORE returning.

If goods delivered are faulty, a full refund or replacement will be available upon confirmation of the fault. You are not liable for any postage costs if you were supplied the wrong item, wrong size, wrong colour, or if the item is faulty. Full postage fees apply to all other returns. 

Please refer to your Consumer Rights if a fault occurs after 30 days.

Refunds

All refunds will be made only to the original card used for the purchase. We aim to process your return within 5 working days of it arriving on our premises but please allow up to 10 days for the refund to credit your account. Postage paid for unwanted items is non-refundable. If returning items and your order no longer qualifies for free postage, the cost of standard P&P will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. The 14 days start from when you receive the goods, please follow the returns procedure.

Bundle Returns

These bundles are only provided under the condition that you keep all the products. To receive a full refund, you must return the bundled products in their entirety. If a like-for-like exchange is possible you must cover the return costs.

To keep your garment looking fresh and feeling great:

  • Machine Wash Cold with like colours

  • Use Mild Detergent to preserve fabric softness
  • Avoid Bleach - it can weaken natural fibers
  • Tumble Dry Low or hang to dry to prevent shrinkage
  • Iron on Low Heat if needed
  • Do Not Dry Clean

    For best results, turn inside out before washing to protect color and print (if applicable).

What Is Your Shipping Information?

We will deliver products to you as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described on your order notice and email.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our customer service team know.

Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.K

How Do I Return My Item If I Am In The UK?

In the event of a return, please additionally contact our customer service team email to notify us of your return request so that a log on the system is made. We strive to deal with all returns with the best possible customer service to ensure our customers are valued.

Can I Return My Items If I Am Outside The UK?

Yes, but we do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
